Made: 24th October 1997

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, after consulting the said authority in pursuance of the said subsection (1), in exercise of the powers conferred on him by that subsection, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Dundee Port Authority (Dissolution) Order 1997.

Dissolution of the authority

The Dundee Port Authority shall be dissolved on 27th October 1997.
