The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 15(2) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997¹, hereby makes the following Order—

This Order may be cited as the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1998.

Subsections (3) to (9) of section 3 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 shall come into force on 1st September 1998.

This Order provides that subsections (3) to (9) of section 3 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 shall come into force on 1st September 1998.
