Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends the Schedule to the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Redbridge) Order 1994. That Order designated the whole of the London Borough of Redbridge, excluding those roads referred to in the Schedule, as a special parking area for the purposes of Part II of the Road Traffic Act 1991. This Order adds a new item 78A to that Schedule and has the effect of excluding the road described in that item from the special parking area.
