(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations further amend the Education (Grants for Education Support and Training) (England) Regulations 1998, by substituting a new paragraph 35 in the Schedule. This relates to additional literacy and numeracy classes for pupils in the final year of key stage 2 and replaces a provision which limited such support to classes provided out of school hours.
