The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise powers conferred on him by section 126(4) of and paragraphs 10 and 12 of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 1977¹and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:—

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Welsh Health Common Services Authority (Revocation) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Revocation of Regulations

The Welsh Health Common Services Authority Regulations 1990²are hereby revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

These Regulations revoke the Welsh Health Common Services Authority Regulations 1990 which provided for the membership and procedure of the Welsh Health Common Services Authority.
