Requirement that a stakeholder pension is not a collective money purchase scheme

19A

For the purposes of section 1(1)(b), it shall be a condition of a scheme being a stakeholder pension scheme thatit must not be a collective money purchase scheme for the purposes of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 2021.
