The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 26(1), (2), (3), (4) and 41 of the Finance Act 2003 hereby make the following Regulations:

Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Contravention of a Relevant Rule) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 23rd December 2003.

and no proper explanation is given to the satisfaction of Customs.

Relieved “products remaining”, with the agreement and under the supervision of the competent authority upon completion of examination, analysis or testing to be:

Where Article 104(1) (as set out in 1(a), (b) and (c) above) is not applied, to pay the duty due on the “products remaining”.
