The Competition Act 1998 (Appealable Decisions and Revocation of Notification of Excluded Agreements) Regulations 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 12(3), 46(3), 47(1), 59(1) and 71 of, and paragraph 19(3) of Schedule 13 to, the Competition Act 1998 , hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Competition Act 1998 (Appealable Decisions and Revocation of Notification of Excluded Agreements) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st May 2004.
Appealable decisions

The following are prescribed as decisions for the purposes of sections 46 and 47 of the Competition Act 1998:
- (a) a decision of the CMA imposing conditions or obligations subject to which a retained exemption is to have effect;
- (b) a decision of the CMA imposing one or more additional conditions or obligations subject to which a retained exemption is to have effect; and
- (c) a decision of the CMA varying or removing any such condition or obligation.
Revocation

The Competition Act 1998 (Notification of Excluded Agreements and Appealable Decisions) Regulations 2000 are hereby revoked.
