[^f00001]: 1990 c.43. The functions of the Secretary of State under section 74(6), insofar as exercisable in relation to Wales, have been transferred to the Welsh Ministers. These functions were initially transferred to the National Assembly for Wales (“the Assembly”) by virtue of the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/672), article 2 and Schedule 1. The functions were transferred from the Assembly to the Welsh Ministers by virtue of paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 c.32.
