Made: 29th September 2009

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004[^f00001].

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2009.

Commencement

The following provisions of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 shall come into force on 30th September 2009 to the extent not already in force—

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into force on 30th September 2009 the provisions of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 listed in article 2 to the extent that they are not already in force.

SI 2009/2501 brings into force related provisions of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 on 30th September 2009.
