Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 157(2) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988[^f00001] makes the following Order:
Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Bermuda) Revocation Order 2009 and shall come into force on 12th November 2009.
Revocation

The Copyright (Bermuda) Order 2003[^f00002] is revoked.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order revokes the Copyright (Bermuda) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/1517) which extended to Bermuda, with exceptions and modifications as specified in that Order, the copyright provisions contained in Part 1 of and Schedule 1 to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.
