In accordance with section 24(4)[^f00002] of that Act he has consulted the Security Industry Authority and the Scottish Ministers.

Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Exemption) (Aviation Security) Regulations 2006 (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 1st December 2009.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations amend the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Exemption) (Aviation Security) Regulations 2006 so as to extend those Regulations to Northern Ireland.
