Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 31st March 2009.
Originating capital of NHS trusts

The originating capital of the Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust[^f00002] shall be nil.

This Order determines the amount of the originating capital, provided for in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 2006, of the Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust, which was established under that Act on 1st October 2008.
