The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Duration of Licence)(No.2) Order 2006 (Amendment) Order 2009

Laid before Parliament: 13th March 2009
Coming into force: 6th April 2009
In accordance with section 24(4)[^f00002] of that Act the Secretary of State has consulted with the Scottish Ministers and the Security Industry Authority.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Duration of Licence)(No.2) Order 2006 (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 6th April 2009.
Amendment to the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Duration of Licence)(No.2) Order 2006

- (1) The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Duration of Licence)(No.2) Order 2006[^f00003] shall be amended as follows.
- (2) Omit article 1(2).

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order amends the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Duration of Licence)(No.2) Order 2006 so as to extend that Order to Northern Ireland.
