The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 166(3) of, and paragraphs 1 and 3(a) of Schedule 8 to, the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999[^f00001]:
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Asylum Support (Amendment) (Revocation) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 5th April 2009.
Revocation

The Asylum Support (Amendment) Regulations 2009[^f00002] are revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Regulation 2 revokes the Asylum Support (Amendment) Regulations 2009. This revocation takes effect from the 5th April 2009.
