Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 19(1) of the Education Act 2005 and in accordance with that recommendation, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Education (Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales) (No. 2) Order 2010 and comes into force on 1st October 2010.

Mrs Ann Keane is hereby re-appointed Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales or Prif Arolygydd Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru for a period of five years commencing on 1st October 2010.
