The Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provision) (Amendment) Order 2010

The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by section 182(5) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009[^f00001] makes the following Order:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provision) (Amendment) Order 2010.
Amendment
2
In the Schedule to the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provision) (Amendment) Order 2010[^f00002] in paragraph 27(a) omit the reference to the Criminal Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 1966[^f00003].

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order amends the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provision) Order 2010 to omit from the provisions specified as coming into force by virtue of that Order the reference in Part 2 of Schedule 23 to the 2009 Act to the repeal of section 7 of the Criminal Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 (c. 20).
