The National Lottery Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2010
Made: 5th January 2010
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the National Lottery Act 2006[^f00001].
Citation and interpretation

This order may be cited as the National Lottery Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2010.
Commencement

Section 5 of the National Lottery Act 2006 shall come into force on 6th January 2010.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings into force section 5 of the National Lottery Act 2006, which inserts into the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (c. 39) a new Section 7A (Annual Fee), a provision for the charging of annual licence fees, and a provision for a licence to be revoked for failure to pay an annual fee.
