The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Children Act 2004[^f00001]:
Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Children’s Trust Board (Children and Young People’s Plan) (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 31st October 2010.
Revocation

The Children’s Trust Board (Children and Young People’s Plan) (England) Regulations 2010[^f00002] are revoked.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations revoke the Children’s Trust Board (Children and Young People’s Plan) (England) Regulations 2010 which require Children’s Trust Boards in England to prepare and publish a children and young people’s plan.
A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sector is foreseen.
