The Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No.3) Order 2010
Made: 2nd September 2010
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 207(4)(a) and 216(3) of the Equality Act 2010[^f00001], makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No.3) Order 2010.
Provisions conferring power to make subordinate legislation etc

Section 96(9)(b) of the Equality Act 2010 comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made for the purpose of enabling regulations to be made.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings into force section 96(9)(b) of the Equality Act 2010 (c.15) for the purpose of making regulations prescribing the manner in which the appropriate regulator must publish specific matters which are not subject to the duty to make reasonable adjustments.
