The New Woodlands School (Amendment) Order 2010

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1) and 3(1)(a)(iii) of the Act, on the application of the authority, and the governing body and head teacher of the School, makes the following Order[^f00003]:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the New Woodlands School (Amendment) Order 2010 and comes into force on 30th September 2010.

Amendment

2

In article 8 of the 2007 Order (time period) for “30th September 2010” substitute “30th September 2013”.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order is made under sections 2 and 3 of the Education Act 2002 and amends the New Woodlands School Order 2007 (“the 2007 Order”) to provide that the 2007 Order is extended until 30th September 2013.
