The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 170(3) and (4) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008[^f00001] makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2010.

Appointed day for provisions relating to the Office of the Health Professions Adjudicator

25th January 2010 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Health and Social Care Act 2008—

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order is the fourteenth commencement order made under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. It brings into force on 25th January 2010 provisions establishing, and making related provision with respect to, the Office of the Health Professions Adjudicator.
