Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations amend the Agriculture (Cross compliance) (No. 2) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/3365) (“the 2009 Regulations”).
They amend the following provisions of Schedule 1 to the 2009 Regulations—
