Accordingly, Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 16(1) and (5) of that Act, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:-

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Assembly for Wales (Disqualification) Order 2010 and comes into force on 11th January 2011.

Designation of disqualifying offices

The offices described in the Schedule are designated as offices disqualifying the holders of such offices from being members of the National Assembly for Wales.

Revocation of National Assembly for Wales (Disqualification) Order 2006

The National Assembly for Wales (Disqualification) Order 2006[^f00002] is revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order designates the persons who are disqualified from being a member of the National Assembly for Wales. The bodies and offices are described in the Schedule to this Order.

This Order revokes the previous Order made in 2006.
