The Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2010

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 22(2) of the Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 2009[^f00001], makes the following Order:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2010.
Provisions coming into force
2
Sections 1 to 21 of and the Schedule to the Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 2009 shall come into force on 6th April 2010.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings into force sections 1 to 21 of and the Schedule to the Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 2009 (c.18) on 6th April 2010. The rest of the Act, namely sections 22 to 24, came into force on Royal Assent.
