The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 273(1) of, and paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 to, the National Health Service Act 2006[^f00001].

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The Buckinghamshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Order 2010 provides for the Secretary of State to appoint trustees for the Buckinghamshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust to hold trust property for the purposes of the Trust or for any other purpose relating to the National Health Service, and for their removal or suspension from office. This Order revokes that Order before it comes into force.
