The Bedfordshire and Luton Mental Health and Social Care Partnership National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2010

Coming into force: 1st April 2010
The Secretary of State for Health makes this Order on the application of Bedfordshire and Luton Mental Health and Social Care Partnership National Health Service Trust following the completion of the consultation prescribed under section 25(3) of, and paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 4 to, the National Health Service Act 2006[^f00002].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Bedfordshire and Luton Mental Health and Social Care Partnership National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 1st April 2010.
Dissolution of NHS trust

- (1) The Bedfordshire and Luton Mental Health and Social Care Partnership National Health Service Trust is dissolved.
- (2) The Bedfordshire and Luton Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1999[^f00003] and the Bedfordshire and Luton Community National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) (Establishment) Order 2005[^f00004] are revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st April 2010 of the Bedfordshire and Luton Mental Health and Social Care Partnership National Health Service Trust established on 1st April 1999, and revokes the 1999 Order that established that trust and the 2005 Order that changed its name.
