The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 148 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005[^f00001].

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Commencement No.12) Order 2010.

Commencement of provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005

The following provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 shall come into force on 12th April 2010—
