In accordance with section 182(7) of that Act[^f00002], the Secretary of State has consulted the Department of Justice.

This Order may be cited as the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2011.
Commencement

Sections 75(2)(c), 77(1)(c) and 81(3) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (anonymity in investigations conducted by the Serious Organised Crime Agency)[^f00003] shall come into force in Northern Ireland on 2nd May 2011.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings into force sections 75(2)(c), 77(1)(c) and 81(3) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 in Northern Ireland on 2nd May 2011. These provisions relate to anonymity of persons in certain investigations conducted by the Serious Organised Crime Agency.
