The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 15(5) of that Act, makes the following Order.

The appointed day on which the Code of Practice for the Welfare of Gamebirds Reared for Sporting Purposes[^f00002] comes into force is 31st January 2011.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order sets 31st January 2011 as the appointed day when the Code of Practice for the Welfare of Gamebirds Reared for Sporting Purposes comes into force.
