The Inshore Fisheries and Conservation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2011
Made: 27th January 2011
Laid before Parliament: 1st February 2011
Coming into force: 7th March 2011
The Secretary of State, after consulting the bodies specified in section 152(2) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009[^f00001], makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 152(1) of that Act.
Citation and commencement

- (1) This Order may be cited as the Inshore Fisheries and Conservation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2011.
- (2) This Order comes into force on 7th March 2011.
Amendment to the Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010

- (1) Article 16 of the Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010[^f00002] is amended as follows.
- (2) Omit paragraph (1).
Amendment to the Isles of Scilly Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010

- (1) Article 16 of the Isles of Scilly Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010[^f00003] is amended as follows.
- (2) Omit paragraph (1).

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order corrects a defect in the Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010 and in the Isles of Scilly Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010.
No impact assessment has been prepared in relation to this order as it has no impact on the cost of business.
