The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2011

The Secretary of State for Health makes this Order on the application of the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre National Health Service Trust following the completion of the consultation prescribed under section 25(3) of, and paragraph 28(3) of type=start time=1329746396491Schedule 4 to, thetype=end time=1329746396491 National Health Service Act 2006[^f00002].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 1st November 2011.
Dissolution of NHS trust

- (1) The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre National Health Service Trust is dissolved.
- (2) The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990[^f00003] is revoked.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st November 2011 of the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre National Health Service Trust established on 21st December 1990 and revokes the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 that established the trust.
