The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 213, 217(2) and 272(7) and (8) of the National Health Service Act 2006[^f00001], having regard to changes in the functions of the Buckinghamshire Healthcare National Health Service Trust[^f00002].

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order transfers to the Buckinghamshire Healthcare National Health Service Trust, trust property held by the Buckinghamshire Primary Care Trust and makes related provision. A copy of the schedule of trust property transferred under this Order can be obtained from the Department of Health, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
