The Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2011

Coming into force: 9th January 2012
The Secretary of State for Health makes this Order on the application of the Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare National Health Service Trust following the completion of the consultation prescribed under section 25(3) of, and paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 4 to, the National Health Service Act 2006[^f00002].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 9th January 2012.
Dissolution of NHS trust

- (1) The Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare National Health Service Trust is dissolved.
- (2) The Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993[^f00003] is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for the dissolution on 9th January 2012 of the Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare National Health Service Trust established on 1st November 1993 and revokes the Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 that established the trust.
