Coming into force: 1st January 2012
The Secretary of State for Health makes this Order on the application of the Suffolk Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust following the completion of the consultation prescribed under section 25(3) of, and paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 4 to, the National Health Service Act 2006[^f00002].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Suffolk Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 1st January 2012.
Dissolution of NHS trust

- (1) The Suffolk Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust is dissolved.
- (2) The Local Health Partnerships National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1999[^f00003] is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st January 2012 of the Suffolk Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust established on 1st April 1999 and revokes the Local Health Partnerships National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1999 that established the trust.
