Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 31 and 47 of the Copyright Act 1956[^f00001], section 256(1) and Schedule 1, paragraph 36(2) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988[^f00002], section 2(2) and (3) of the Recognition of Trusts Act 1987[^f00003], and section 7(3) of the Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978[^f00004], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Overseas Territories (Change of Name) (No. 10) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 14th January 2012.
Amendment of certain instruments

- (1) Article 1 of the Copyright (St Helena) Order 1963[^f00005] is amended by substituting for the words “St Helena and its Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
- (2) Article 2 of the Design Right (Reciprocal Protection) (No. 2) Order 1989[^f00006] is amended by substituting for the words “St Helena and Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
- (3) The Schedule to the Copyright (Taiwan) (Extension to Territories) Order 1987[^f00007] is amended by substituting for the words “St Helena” and “St Helena Dependencies (Ascension and Tristan da Cunha)” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
- (4) Schedule 2 to the Recognition of Trusts Act 1987 (Overseas Territories) Order 1989[^f00008] is amended by substituting for the words “St Helena and Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
- (5) Schedule 2 to the Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978 (Overseas Territories) Order 1986[^f00009] is amended—
- (a) by substituting for the words “St Helena” and “St Helena Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”; and
- (b) by deleting the words “Falkland Islands Dependencies” and inserting in the list of territories, in the appropriate alphabetical position, “South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order amends various statutory instruments to reflect the current names of the British overseas territories of St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha and South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands.
