In accordance with section 6(4) of that Act Post Office Limited was designated for the purposes of section 6(1) of that Act by The Post Office Limited (Designation) Order 2011[^f00002]:

This Order may be cited as the Postal Services Act 2011 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2011.
Provision coming into force on 20th December 2011

Section 1 of the Postal Services Act 2011 shall come into force on 20th December 2011.
