The Welfare Reform Act 2007 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2011
Made: 10th February 2011
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(2) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007[^f00001].
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform Act 2007 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2011.
Appointed day
2
11th February 2011 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Welfare Reform Act 2007—
- (a) section 13(1) to (6) (work-related activity);
- (b) section 15 (directions about work-related activity).

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings into force two provisions in the Welfare Reform Act 2007, namely—
- section 13(1) to (6) (which allow regulations to make provision for work-related activity), and
- section 15 (directions about work-related activity).
A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the private or voluntary sectors.
