The Treasury has consented to the making of this Order as required by paragraph 1(7) of that Schedule.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 31st March 2011.
Originating capital of NHS trusts

The originating capital of an NHS trust specified in column 1 of the Schedule shall be the amount specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the Schedule.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Regulations determines the amount of the originating capital, in accordance with paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 2006, of National Health Service trusts established under that Act between 1st April 2010 and 1st November 2010.
