The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 51(3), 64(5) and (6) of the National Health Service Act 2006[^f00001].

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order transfers trust property held by the Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust to the trustees appointed for that Trust under section 51(1) of the National Health Service Act 2006 and makes related provision. A copy of the schedule of trust property transferred under this Order can be obtained from the Department of Health, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
