The Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (Commencement No.5) Order 2012
Made: 19th April 2012
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 100(5) of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008[^f00001].

This Order may be cited as the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2012.

Section 26 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (issue and revision of code of practice) shall come into force on 30th April 2012.
