[^f00002]: Section 4(2) of the Humber Bridge Act 1959 defines “the Board”, “constituent authority” and “the Minister”.
[^f00003]: The Local Authorities etc (Miscellaneous Provision) (No 2) (Order) 1974, S.I. 1974/595 inserted a new section 6 into the Humber Bridge Act 1959 containing new names of constituent authorities, including Lincolnshire County Council.
