The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(2) of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims (Amendment) Act 2012[^f00001]:

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012.

Commencement

The Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims (Amendment) Act 2012 comes into force on 2nd July 2012.
