Made: 13th June 2012

Coming into force in accordance with the Resolution

Resolved, pursuant to section 3 of the House of Commons Members’ Fund Act 1948[^f00001] and section 2 of the House of Commons Members’ Fund and Parliamentary Pensions Act 1981[^f00002], that the following shall be substituted for paragraph (6) of the Resolution of this House of 7 March 2005[^f00003] with effect from April 2012:

(6) the relevant percentage to be applied each April is the percentage applied for the purposes of Part I of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 in respect of that April
