The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 162(1) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002[^f00001].

This Order may be cited as the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2012.

Section 124 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (authority to carry) shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
