In accordance with section 25(3) of that Act, the prescribed consultation has been completed[^f00002].

Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Shropshire Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2012 and comes into force on 17th September 2012.

(2) In this Order “the Establishment Order” means the Shropshire Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2011[^f00003].

Amendment of article 4 of the Establishment Order

In article 4(1) of the Establishment Order (directors of the trust), for “4” substitute “5” in each place it appears.

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order amends the Shropshire Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2011 which established the Shropshire Community Health National Health Service Trust.

Article 2 increases the number of non-executive directors and the number of executive directors at the trust from 4 to 5 in each case.
