The Secretary of State for Health makes this Order on the application of the Oxfordshire Learning Disability National Health Service Trust, following the consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 4[^f00002] to the Act[^f00003].

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Oxfordshire Learning Disability National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st November 2012.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st November 2012 of the Oxfordshire Learning Disability National Health Service Trust established on 4th November 1992 and revokes the Oxfordshire Learning Disability National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 that established the trust.
