The Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2012
Made: 23rd October 2012
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 157(1) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011[^f00001].
Citation and interpretation

- (1) This Order may be cited as the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2012.
- (2) In this Order “the Act” means the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011.
Provisions coming into force on 31 October 2012

The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 31st October 2012—
- (a) section 119 (early morning alcohol restriction orders);
- (b) Chapter 2 of Part 2 (late night levy);
- (c) Chapter 3 of Part 2 (alcohol disorder zones).

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings the following provisions of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 into force on 31st October 2012: sections 119 and 125 to 140.
