Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 1st April 2012.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations amend the fees which are payable under the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) (Fees) Regulations 1995 in relation to goods vehicle operator licences granted under the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995.

Fee changes, together with the percentage increase, are shown in the table below. The fees were last increased on 20th April 2009.
