The Closure of Prisons (H.M. Prison Latchmere House) Order 2012

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Prison Act 1952[^f00001]:

This Order may be cited as the Closure of Prisons (H.M. Prison Latchmere House) Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st April 2012.

H.M. Prison Latchmere House, in Surrey, is closed.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for the closure of H.M. Prison Latchmere House on 1st April 2012.
